‘Opening up conversations around the interconnectedness between our bodies, self and the natural world.’

Navigating a path unknown is life changing, and is often the biggest call to a return to ourselves and truth.
Through experiences of recovery, walking became Ali’s daily purpose, and a metaphor for regaining independence and freedom. This experience has given way to a curiosity for truth and connection in a society so conditioned by ableist, capitalist, dogmatic narratives and expectations.
Knowing that our health and the health of our environment are so deeply and intrinsically interconnected, this pilgrimage became the right time and place to question ‘what happens when we are not well?’. When you are set on a path of true uncertainty and the true unknown, you may enter into a place where true adventure begins.
This is the exploration of The Path Unknown podcast — opening up conversations around the interconnectedness between our bodies, self and the natural world.
