Cultivating space for

every-body

Alice Sainsbury is a design consultant, guide, and advocate partnering with global brands and communities to shape a more inclusive, regenerative world — where every-body belongs.

Her work moves beyond compliance to centre lived experience, embodiment, and ecological care in how we design for people and place.

  • Coaching that encourages balance and reciprocity within business practices, to support the people they serve and the natural world, fostering long-term sustainability and genuine societal progress. Just as ecosystems support diverse lifeforms and adapt to sustain themselves, we need to prioritise authentic collaboration and interconnected, regenerative approaches within brand culture.

  • Consulting on apparel and spacial design to create a more inclusive world for every-body. Deep consideration of the physical needs of our wider community living with disabilities and long term health conditions. Expanding possibilities through technical adaptive design to ensure true accessibility of apparel, environments and experiences for all. Designing for global giants, B-corps, and smaller, independent brands.

  • Fostering expansive narratives, guiding new generations of designers and socially responsible organisations towards possibilities of meaningful change. Guest lecturing and courses for institutions and universities; discussion panels and advisory boards; educational packages for brands; events and advocacy.

    Clients include:
    ISPO Munich

  • Connecting wider communities through inclusive conversation, research and lived experience for a new era of advocacy.
